Be mindful and healthy this summer with walking meditation on the lakefront with Unity Chicago! All are welcome.
In our walking meditation, you move your body without a specific goal beyond walking with awareness. You focus on your breath, feelings, and thoughts, as well as the sensations and movements of your body with each step you take. It’s an active process where you are purposely aware while moving through your environment.
WALK WILL INCLUDE:
• 5 - 10 minutes of warm-up stretches
• Mindfully walk for 20 - 30 minutes (designated path along lakefront)
• 5 - 10 minutes of cool down stretches
• AND back just in time for Sunday service!

TIME: Attendees will meet in Unity Chicago’s lobby at 9:50am
