CLASS WILL INCLUDE:
5–10 min of pranayama (breathwork)
10–15 min of mindful meditation
20 min of chair yoga postures
5–10 min of Silence (Savasana)

Jan. 7th, 21st | Feb. 4th, 11th | Mar. 10th, 24th
TIME: Attendees will meet in Dannenberg North Room from 10:00AM-11:00AM
PARENTS / CAREGIVERS: Drop off kids (ages 4 to 18) for their own fun and spiritual adventure! Our Youth Program will open as early as 10:00AM on these dates.
