Our Back-to-School initiative with Centro Romero is back! Monetary donations and school supplies accepted!

Each year, we come together in giving to our annual Back-to-School fundraiser that prepares more than 130 children, grades 1st through 6th, for the upcoming school year. Centro Romero is a local nonprofit dedicated to serving the refugee immigrant population in the Northeast neighborhoods of Chicago, where Unity Chicago calls home.

We are accepting both school supplies and monetary donations starting Sunday, July 7th through Sunday, August 18th. Both can be dropped off at the Community Outreach table before or after Sunday’s service. For online donations click the Donation button and choose: Back-to-School for Centro Romero.

• Red Pens, Colored Pencils, Crayons, Washable Markers, Highlighters, #2 Pencils, Pencil Sharpeners, Erasers

• Glue Sticks, Liquid Glue, Safety Scissors, Rulers, Calculators

• Hand Sanitizer, Kleenex

• Earbuds
